The
seashore climate, specific to this area of the Black Sea, has an
atmosphere with thermal stability, due to sea’s proximity.
The
medium temperature from June to August exceeds 25º C. The rainfall
is low, up to 400mm/year. In the summer, sunshine’s duration is
about 10-12 hours daily. The cloudiness is very low. The dominant
winds blow from N-E, meanwhile the sea and land breeze are
refreshing the summer air.
The beach from Jupiter resort has an optimal orientation
with respect to the sun and impressive sand reserves, in a
thick layer.
The
sea water has a 15,5 g/l mineralization and up to 25-26º C
in the summer.
The
seashore climate is rich in saline aerosols, with
stimulating effects for the human body. Therapeutic
recommendations: hypothyroidism, lymph illness, secondary
anemia,
ricketiness, decalcification and some
rheumatics. There are excellent conditions for heliotherapy
and thalassic therapy.
