For reservation you must follow some steps:

1. At your inquiry (by phone or e-mail), we will verify our housing availability, for preventing overlaps.

2. After you have our initial confirmation, you must acquit in advance the price of the first day (acomodation and meal) for every room you want to rent. You will pay this anticipation to SC "Wolf Turism" SRL, CUI RO4474317, using the bank account RO33BACX0000000281294000, opened at Unicredit Tiriac Bank Mangalia. You must specify your name, renting period and the number of rooms you want on the draft or receipt.

3. For payment confirmation, you will send us by e-mail a copy of the draft or receipt. After that, the reservation is accomplished 100%, and the rooms are reserved for you.

4. You must keep the original draft or receipt for proving the payment of the anticipation. At the reception desk, you will receive the invoice for the entire amount of money paid.
